You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and routing calls as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers over the phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide initial information about our services
- Route calls and messages to the appropriate members of the staff/management
- Maintain a neat record of incoming calls and inquiries
- Assist with other administrative tasks if necessary
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ customer service or receptionist experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in using customer support equipment for remote workstations
- Solid computer user skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Purchasing Manager
Location: Remote

Job Summary: As a Purchasing Manager at Family Pharmacy, you will help us maintain our inventory well-stocked and deliver quality products to our customers. You will be responsible for streamlining our procurement processes to ensure we have the right products at the right time and cost. You will closely work with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiate contracts, and use your expertise to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet our business goals
- Discover and assess suppliers, negotiate contracts, and handle supplier relationships
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in procurement roles (preferably within the pharmaceutical industry)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related fields
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using procurement tools and software
- Analytical mindset, high self-organization, and attention to detail
IT Specialist (with IT Security expertise)

Job Summary: An IT Specialist will be part of our dedicated IT team responsible for maintaining and improving our tech infrastructure. The role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software for office-based and remote staff, and ensuring every system runs smoothly and is well-protected against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to office and remote staff for hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems
- Assist the team in ensuring data security and compliance with IT policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related fields
- 2+ years’ experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Relevant experience working in the pharmacy retail business (preferable but not a must)
